Craving a quick pasta dish that feels a little fancy? This Manuka Smoked Olive Pesto Pasta is packed with bold flavours—creamy pesto, smoky olives, and a touch of lemon zest. 

INGREDIENTS:

200g pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
1/2 cup green pesto (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 cup Manuka Smoked Olives, pitted and chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon zest
Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

METHOD:

1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water and drain.
2. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add smoked olives and lemon zest, sautéing for 2-3 minutes.
3. Toss cooked pasta with pesto, adding reserved pasta water for a creamy texture. Top with smoked olives.
4. Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
