What are the shipping options and charges? 

The cost of standard shipping is included in the price. See the tab above for more shipping information.

 

Can I track my box? 

Yes, our courier company will email this to you once your box has been assigned a tracking number.  

 

Can I include a personal message? 

Of course you can. Please enter this in the notes section during checkout and we will handwrite this message for you. 

 

What are the payment options? 

We accept credit and debit cards - Visa or MasterCard.  

Please note that your credit card details are not seen, or stored by us.  

 

Are the food products perishable? 

We have done our best to select great quality products that are mostly shelf-stable. However, we suggest putting the cheese(or even the whole box)  into the fridge once you receive it.   

 

I am a small-batch producer OR I know of an artisan that would suit your collection.

Can I make small changes to the products in the box I would like to purchase? 

No problem, just submit a request via our contact page or email through your request to dave@kiwiartisan.co.nz

 

 Will my box contain exactly what is shown on the website? 

If for some reason we are out of a specific product, we will get in contact with you to discuss an alternative. 

 

Can I pick up my order? 

We are an online store so we do not offer pickups sorry. Sit back and relax, we'll ship the box right to your front door. 

 

Do you accept international payments? 

Yes we do, but the delivery address must be in New Zealand. This is a great option for friends or family abroad to  spoil their loved ones. 

 

Do you offer weekend delivery? 

Yes, we offer Saturday delivery. Please note, this incurs a $5.60 extra charge. Please indicate in the ‘special requirements’ box that you would like Saturday delivery.

Yes! You can do this through the build your own section (hyperlink).
