INGREDIENTS:
1 baguette, sliced
1/4 cup prosciutto, torn into pieces
1/4 cup goat cheese, spreadable (optional, or swap with ricotta for a creamier texture)
2 tbsp Black truffle olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic glaze (store-bought or homemade)
Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)
METHOD:
- Toast the Bread: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Assemble the Crostini: Spread a thin layer of goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice. Top with torn pieces of prosciutto.
- Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze: Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the crostini for a sweet and tangy finish.
