House of Dumplings is talk of the town, having just won an NZ Artisan Award (huge congrats team 👏). But do you know the tale of how they originated?
Dumpling making from a tiny apartment in Hong Kong is where is started for founder, Vicky. Learning from her Mum, Vicky was taught to respect the ingredients and to let simple flavours shine. Working as chef in various premises in Wellington, and on a boat off the coast of Australia, Vicky's dumplings had always been a menu favourite.
