Auckland based artisan Rachel is the brains behind some seriously crunchy crafty crackers - Seed Craft Crackers!
Seed started around 4 years ago when Rachel was following a gluten free diet and the thought of eating another rice cracker had her searching for an alternative. There was a gap in the market for a cracker that was not only gluten free, but that actually tasted great and that is how Seed began. Rachel started baking the crackers for herself and her partner Aaron suggested she start selling the crackers at the markets...just as a fun experiment!
Fast forward 4 years and Seed has a team of bakers, hand rolling and baking our delicious crackers. These are some Crafty little Crackers, bursting with 5 Seeds and a sprinkle of fancy pink salt, they pack quite a crunch and a delicious seedy flavour that's famously addictive.
